About Rezulz Fitness: How Ashley Williams Changed Himself. And Created A Blueprint For Others.

Ashley Williams saw himself in a mirror. And didn’t like what he saw.

So he realized he needed to make a change.

He wasn’t a young man. But he had faced adversity before, and he knew that changing his body meant a combination of mental work along with physical work.

He ultimately created a plan that worked for him—and scores of other people in similar situations.

The Rezulz Fitness Plan has four steps. If followed, it has been demonstrated to be effective in people of all ages, but especially older people who have trouble with staying fit, losing weight, or gaining muscle. The Rezulz Fitness Plan is not magic; it’s based on science and work:

Step 1: Fitness Mindset

Are you ready to change how you act and feel, working toward the goal of being a better you? If so, you must realize that your mental status is foundational to the other three steps. If you’re not mentally ready for transformation, then you’ll find your other efforts to be less effective. But once you commit mentally, you discover that the other steps are easier, that you start seeing results more quickly, and that you can indeed reach the goals that may have eluded you for years.

Step 2: Fitness Training

Most people believe this is the hardest step, but many discover it’s actually the easiest. We strongly recommend working with a good trainer. (While we would like you to work with Rezulz Fitness, we’re thrilled when anyone we talk to starts taking steps toward better fitness and health, even if you choose someone else.) Your health is that important.

Rezulz Fitness offers in-person and virtual training. We are just as committed to our online clients as our in-person ones. Our program combines cardio and weight training. You don’t have to be an expert in the gym; we take care of that for you. And we coach and encourage you (even when it’s tough) to complete the work and stay disciplined. You start feeling better quickly. You soon see measurable results.

And you discover that with the right mental perspective and right support, it’s much easier than you imagined.

Step 3: Fitness Nutrition

What you eat is critical to your fitness success. We live in a culture that promotes pleasurable, unhealthy food. You don’t have to give all of that up; you just have to have a plan for good nutrition and good food choices. Our program shows you how to make that happen, even when you’re bombarded with advertising for fast food, sugar, and other items that can sabotage your fitness and health. You can still enjoy food, but with the right fitness mindset, you’ll be choosing fitness nutrition that helps you toward your personal goals.

Step 4: Fitness Hormones

As we age, our body’s production of natural hormones drops. And in many ways, we are virtually captive to our hormone production. Imbalances can make it difficult, if not impossible, to lose weight, gain muscle mass, and enjoy the energy we had when we were younger. The Rezulz Fitness program includes blood tests to determine your hormone levels and make adjustments that help restore the feeling and energy you had when you were younger. With the right hormone balance—for both women and men—you start seeing more dramatic results in your fitness training. Your physical and mental energy become stronger. You build even more momentum toward your overall fitness and who you really want to be.
